I broke down with a school bus in Hattiesburg. Bill said they would be there the next morning at 730am. Didn't show up until 3pm, and it was a guy in a car with no tools but a diagnostic computer. By then it was too late to get parts and do anything. Told me it would be $300 for the diagnosis, which was previously quoted at $150 on the phone. Cost me another night in a motel. Said he would be there at 730 the next morning and fix the bus for another $1200. By 1030am next day I had still not heard from him. He has his guy (the one who showed up in a car, not a service truck) send me a text to say the local parts house didn't have the parts so they weren't coming to do anything. He left me on my own to figure it out after stringing me along for 2 days. Total waste of time.

Complete waste of time and money. This guy talked a big game about being “very professional” and able to do almost anything, but when it came time to actually work, he showed up without the exact parts we told him about over and over — two airbags and brackets. We made it clear what was needed before he even left, yet he still came empty-handed. No repairs, no help, just a $450 bill for standing around. Feels like a scam. If you value your money and time, stay far away.

Worst roadside experience ever. The guy kept going on about how professional he is and how he can handle almost anything… yet he showed up without the exact parts we told him about multiple times — two airbags and brackets for the trailer. We reminded him again and again before he came, so there was no excuse. He basically stood around, did nothing, and still charged $450. Not a single thing got fixed. Total waste of time and money. If you want to pay for absolutely nothing, this is the guy to call.
